the stuff was friendly. reception is opened always. localization is fine, it's close to metro and bus station. you can store your baggage on reception without paying more if you arrive early or leave late.

there weren't enough description about how to get to the place. mattresses aren't comfortable, they're too hard and pillows are too low. there is no chair in the room and no table in the balcony. i think that for the price it can be better.

the staff was friendly. they helped me when i needed something. it was easy to get to tourist spots via train. the hotel was very comfy and tidy. cleaning support took care of the room, i am thankful for that.

the bed springs made noise. it made it difficult to sleep. the toilet leaked causing a constant noise. i could use some oil on the bed springs.

The rooms are clean, and towels replaced regularly. I found the staff at reception friendly and helpful. They let me leave my luggage in a secure room before my departure and assisted with several small requests. I stayed in a twin room and it included a safe, air conditioning and a small fridge.

The street outside was a bit noisy at night, I could hear some sound, even with the windows closed.
